) I got a wii fit. Some of the stuff on there (balance games) are more fun than good exercise. But some of the stuff really gets your body working. I feel like the more I play, the more options I open. I love the free run where I can set how long I want to run for (usually 30 min) and turn the channel to whatever show I want to watch and I can exercise with the wii support and encouragement while watching TV! I hate running outside or in the gym because the machines creak or people stare, but this was great because I could push myself as hard as I wanted with no one watching! I can definitely get sore from this!
